Do you accept pets?
Yes, we allow up to two (2) approved pets per house. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus an additional $20/month fee per pet. No large dogs or aggressive breeds allowed.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Yes, we accept Section 8 and other housing vouchers as a form of payment towards your responsibility to pay the rent.
How do I apply to rent?
Go to our homepage on this website, find the house you like, then click "Apply".
I'd like to move in with friends. Do we all need to apply to rent?
Yes, every adult who will live in the house must submit an application separately.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is $30 per person. Every person over 18 years of age must submit an application. If your income is not greater than 3 times the monthly rent then you will need a co-signer.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is usually equal to one month's rent, but can be more depending on the renter's circumstances. Half the deposit is due upon signing the lease to secure the property and the other half is due at least 7 days prior to the lease start date.
Are utilities included?
No, but we do typically provide exterior maintenance and lawn care. Electric, gas and cable/internet is the responsibility of the tenant(s).
